The rudder is done! Started a little of it on Mar 29th, but did most of it on Sat. Apr 4th, 2026. Total estimate on number of hours is ~9.5

All went according to plan until my pneumatic pull rivet gun stopped releasing rivet mandels halfway through riveting the skin. Took it apart, cleaned it, put it back together and still not working. I ordered a replacement set of jaws, since a worn set might be causing this.

I was determined to finish the rudder though. I do have a cheap manual pull squeezer that I decided to use. Motivation was the only thing that kept me going, the joy of having to squeeze hard 3x per rivet was not my idea of fun!
